Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Accounts Executive (Female) with excellent communication and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting software demos, daily client coordination, and ensuring smooth post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients and prospects.
- Handle day-to-day coordination and monitoring of client operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support account growth and retention initiatives.
- Work closely with the technical and sales teams to address client needs.
- Maintain documentation and follow-up reports on client activities.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Servicing (preferably in BFSI or Software industry).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients efficiently.
Preferred Candidate
- Female candidates only (Client-facing role).
- Based in Bengaluru and comfortable with client visits as needed.
