Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Account Executive
to join our Corporate Partnership Team. In this role, you will manage existing client accounts, coordinate closely with customer service and operations teams, and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for our guests.
This position is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to grow in
client servicing, operations, and business account management
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with corporate clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Act as the single point of contact for client queries, requests, and feedback.
- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for daily bookings, guest rides, and issue resolutions.
- Address customer queries and escalations promptly to maintain service excellence.
- Assist the business team in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking for all ongoing accounts and rides.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or operations (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- A customer-first attitude with a proactive approach to service and delivery.
