Looking for a dynamic individual with preferred experience in both Pharmaceuticals and Medical Publishing Industry that reflects pioneering expertise with year-on year success in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Key Account Management, Channel Management, Pharma Sales, and People Management. A keen planner and implementer with skill in effectuating strategies, driving teams to ensure successful management of sales operations in the assigned region Proficient in managing business operations encompassing customer relationship management, administration, market analysis, development of new markets and market segments
Responsibilities
- Working as Business Head for Firms partnering with Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Industry
- Managing compete lifecycle of Pharma business and acquisition management
- Develop sales & marketing strategy and plan to aggressively sell the products in the region
- Manage the business operations encompassing customer relationship management market analysis, development of new markets and market segments
- Business strategy and Innovation to drive the sales
- Managing revenue and margin goals. Creating new innovation revenue models.
- Driving revenues and Driving team to ensure successful management of business operations
- Team building and management, coaching the team members to accomplish revenue objectives.
- Attaining constant yearly growth.
- Developing new clients / markets by expanding the customer base.
- Responsible for bran d building and management
- Creating effective business communications for business outreach programs
- Product development
- At least 10 years' experience in Medical Publishing (Pharma Sales & Marketing)
- Excellent leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication including business negotiations skills
- Go getter attitude.
