Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head - IOT World, located in Mumbai. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IoT division, driving strategic initiatives, business development, and growth. Day-to-day tasks include leading the IoT product and service strategy, managing a multidisciplinary team, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency within the IoT division. Additional responsibilities include identifying market trends and opportunities, and ensuring solutions align with customer needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills, including team leadership and strategic planning
  • Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
  • Technical skills in IoT systems, Automation, and Energy Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of Energy Analytics and Performance Optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with various teams
  • Experience in the technology or engineering industry is a plus
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
