About the Role:

We're seeking a visionary
Business Head – Beauty (Private Brands)
to lead the end-to-end strategy, innovation, and execution of beauty brands within a fast-growing retail ecosystem. The role demands strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of beauty consumers, and experience managing high-impact launches across categories like skincare, makeup, and fragrances.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the private label beauty portfolio

Lead new product development — from concept to shelf

Collaborate with R&D, sourcing, design, and packaging teams to deliver product excellence

Manage P&L, margins, and category growth targets

Build and scale beauty brands aligned with evolving consumer trends

Partner with third-party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and innovation

Work closely with marketing and retail teams to strengthen brand visibility and storytelling

Ideal Candidate:

MBA / PG in Marketing, Product, or Brand Management

10–15 years of experience in Beauty / Personal Care / FMCG / Retail

Proven track record in launching and managing high-growth beauty portfolios

Strong understanding of formulation, packaging, and category innovation

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
