Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estates Investment professional at , located in Bengaluru. The professional will be responsible for managing real estate investments, conducting due diligence, performing analytical assessments, and ensuring the best outcomes for real estate investment opportunities. Daily tasks involve analyzing market trends, identifying investment opportunities, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient management of real estate assets.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Due Diligence expertise
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Investment
- Investment management proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
