Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Investment Manager. The Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for managing property investments, overseeing lease administration, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and managing commercial real estate portfolios. Day-to-day tasks include assessing property values, negotiating leases, monitoring market trends, and developing strategies for maximizing returns on investments.
Qualifications
- Property Management, Lease Administration, and Leases skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Experience with investment analysis and market research is a plus
