Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estates Investment professional located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include assessing and managing real estate investments, conducting due diligence, performing analytical tasks, and working closely with team members to enhance investment strategies. The role demands a thorough understanding of the real estate market and investment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data effectively
- Experience in Investments and Real Estate Investment processes
- Proficiency in Due Diligence of potential investment projects
- Comprehensive understanding of Real Estate market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the real estate or investment sector is preferred
