Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Manager located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing lease administration, and handling real estate transactions. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as property management, lease negotiations, and coordinating with commercial real estate stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Proficiency in handling Leases and Real Estate transactions
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
