Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Manager located in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for property management, lease administration, overseeing leases, and managing both commercial and residential real estate. The daily tasks will include coordinating with property owners and tenants, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and maximizing property income and value.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Experience in managing Leases, including negotiating and drafting lease agreements
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets
- Strong analytical and financial management skills are beneficial
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
