Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Manager located in Bangalore. The Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for managing property investments, lease administration, and overseeing real estate transactions. The role involves evaluating and recommending investment opportunities, managing leases, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The candidate will work closely with property owners, tenants, and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate transactions
- Expertise in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
