Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Real Estate Investment located in Bengaluru. The role involves responsibilities such as evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, analyzing market trends, and managing real estate transactions. The Real Estate Investment specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective investment strategies and optimal asset management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Estate Investment
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform Due Diligence
- Experience in handling Investments and real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field
