Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Manager located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for managing property portfolios, overseeing lease administration, and ensuring optimal operation and profitability of real estate assets. Daily tasks include analyzing real estate trends, developing investment strategies, managing commercial properties, and negotiating leases. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with property owners and tenants.
Qualifications
- Property Management, Real Estate, and Commercial Real Estate skills
- Experience in Lease Administration and handling Leases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local real estate market in Bengaluru is a plus
