Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Manager based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for managing property investments, administering leases, overseeing lease agreements, and handling commercial real estate transactions. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as evaluating property investments, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The individual will work closely with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal property management and investment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Experience with Leases and Real Estate dealings
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate processes
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Relevant certifications in property management or real estate investment are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
