Strategic Opportunity Identification: Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, focusing on companies that align with our service offerings (e.g., CRO, CDMO, consulting, market access, regulatory affairs, etc.).

Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and partner.

End-to-End Sales Strategy & Execution:

Lead the entire sales process from lead generation and initial contact to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points, effectively positioning our services as tailored solutions.

Develop compelling and customized proposals, presentations, and pitches that articulate our value proposition and competitive differentiation.

Masterfully negotiate terms and close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, scientific, legal) to ensure seamless project initiation and client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, competitive activities, and client needs within the pharma B2B services space to inform sales strategies and service development.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.

Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, actively promoting our services and expanding our professional network.
