Reports To: Managing Director

Job Purpose:

To provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth office operations, efficient communication, and effective time management while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and track progress.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital & physical) for easy retrieval.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the MD.
  • Assist in identifying issues, providing solutions, and prioritizing tasks.

Required applicants with :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance, discretion, and reliability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant.
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
