Personal Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chairman and Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing responses as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Maintain confidential files and records with utmost discretion.
Assist with personal tasks as required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as needed.
Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Bachelor's degree and Experience in Handling Multiple Languages
