**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the Chairman.
- Conduct research and compile information on various topics as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support to other members of the executive team as required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Chairman.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours if necessary.
- Knowledge of multiple languages (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with the operations of multinational corporations (preferred).
