The Personal Secretary will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, provide personal assistance to CEO, and ensure efficient communication and coordination. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling clerical duties, and supporting executive-level administrative needs. The candidate will contribute to maintaining a professional and well-organized environment.willing to travel domestic and international.Qualifications- Personal Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills- Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, appointments, and documentation- Strong Communication abilities to ensure effective internal and external coordination- Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple tasks efficiently- Proficiency in office software and technology is a plus- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all professional matters- Bachelor's degree, Aviation and hospitality backgrund or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
