The Personal Secretary will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, provide personal assistance to CEO, and ensure efficient communication and coordination. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling clerical duties, and supporting executive-level administrative needs. The candidate will contribute to maintaining a professional and well-organized environment.willing to travel domestic and international.QualificationsPersonal Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, appointments, and documentationStrong Communication abilities to ensure effective internal and external coordinationOrganizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in office software and technology is a plusAbility to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all professional mattersBachelor's degree, Aviation and hospitality backgrund or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
