**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and committed **Business Secretary / Personal Assistant** to provide high-level, confidential, and strategic support to the Chairman in all professional and administrative aspects of business operations. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and adept at managing a wide range of business-related responsibilities with precision, discretion, and adaptability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the key liaison and right hand to the Chairman in all professional activities, including strategic planning, business coordination, and day-to-day operations.
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, travel itineraries, and appointments for business and personal engagements.
- Participate in business meetings, record actionable items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of decisions.
- Coordinate communication and liaison with senior executives, clients, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing business proposals, financial documents, and market reports to support decision-making.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Accompany the Chairman for meetings, site visits, conferences, and travel-related assignments as required.
- Oversee administrative tasks and ensure seamless coordination with other departments and staff.
- Contribute to business development activities by assisting in research, project follow-ups, and strategic initiatives.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (mandatory). MBA or relevant business administration qualification preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably assisting senior leadership, CXOs, or business owners.
- **Business Understanding**: Exposure to corporate environments, business operations, financial basics, and project coordination.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to draft high-quality documents and correspondence.
- **Travel Readiness**: Willingness to travel on short notice and for extended durations as required.
- **Work Hours**: Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours, including weekends or holidays, when necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
