About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Office Secretary to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties, managing office communication, and supporting daily business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office records and files
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Assist management with administrative tasks and documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role preferred
