**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**:

- Maintain and update the employer’s schedule.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Send reminders for upcoming commitments and deadlines.
- **Correspondence and Communication**:

- Draft, proofread, and format letters, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Organize domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- **Document Management**:

- Maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical documents.
- Ensure critical files are readily available and securely stored.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange meeting venues and ensure all necessary materials are available.
- **Expense Management**:

- Track and manage budgets, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Prepare expense reports for the employer.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in personal tasks or errands as requested by the employer.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Valid Drivers License for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler and be able to drive
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Secretarial Course
- Knowledge of project management software or tools.
- Females Preferred
- relate to Cochin, Kerala
- Driving skills and a drivers licence for both 2 and 4 wheeler
- Flexible with travelling and timings
- Good language skills (English)

**Work Environment**:
This role may require occasional travel and flexible working hours, depending on the employer’s schedule.

FRESHERS WELCOME

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 09/01/2025
