Role & responsibilities
Managing Distributor and Dealers and conducting business activities under them.
Creating awareness of paints and waterproofing products based on innovative and patented technology.
Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
Addressing dealers/distributors queries about product/price and availability.
Conducting applicator, Painter / Dealer Training Program, formal & small group with set guidelines.
Collecting leads from retailers and visit to expected sites for demonstration and business generation.
Merchandising activity like POS, Demo Kit, Display, etc.
Preparing of Dealer & Painter, applicator / Mason Data Bank with classification and update to HO / Supervisor with desired frequency.
Visit to Architects & Interiors decorators and developers for increasing awareness of paints and waterproofing products.
Responsible for new product placement in the assigned territory.
On time reporting as per the company norms.
12.To submit mobile based daily reporting and other weekly / monthly reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates having prior experience in sales of Paints, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing Products and Building Materials.
Bring in more innovative ideas to achieve sales targets & creating awareness through Sales Promotional Activities.
Customer focused and willing to go extra mile.
Willingness to travel within the region is a must.
