Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Manager Painting Services Surat who will be responsible for managing our painting services portfolio in the region. This role involves overseeing the growth and development of our services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business expansion.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and creating action plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth & Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage the Services Portfolio: Oversee the growth and development of our painting services portfolio in the region.
  • Create exceptional Consumer Experience: Ensure that customers receive an excellent end-to-end painting service experience.
  • Painter experience Site Evaluation Audit: Conduct regular site audits to evaluate painter performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaison with the ASM: Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to drive sales-level initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Complaint Management: Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Asset Management Tools, Implements & Paint Material Management: Maintain an inventory of assets, implements, and paint materials and ensure they are used efficiently.
  • Training Development of Painters & TEAM: Provide training and development programs for painters and team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Recruitment and enrollment of the Painter Cells as per demand
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sales: Proven sales experience and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
