Territory Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Territory Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for expanding our distribution network within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:- To identify and develop new business opportunities in the territory.
- To manage and maintain relationships with existing dealers and partners.
- To meet daily sales targets and requirements, including ordering from dealers and collecting payments.
- To ensure timely delivery of credit notes to dealers.
- To maintain accurate accounts and records with dealers.
- To expand the dealer network by identifying and recruiting new dealers.
- To conduct regular meetings with influencers such as architects, builders, and housing societies to drive business growth.
- To ensure effective product visibility at dealer counters.
- To update CRM with daily reports and track progress towards targets.
- Prior experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
