Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for expanding our distribution network within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities in the territory.
  • To manage and maintain relationships with existing dealers and partners.
  • To meet daily sales targets and requirements, including ordering from dealers and collecting payments.
  • To ensure timely delivery of credit notes to dealers.
  • To maintain accurate accounts and records with dealers.
  • To expand the dealer network by identifying and recruiting new dealers.
  • To conduct regular meetings with influencers such as architects, builders, and housing societies to drive business growth.
  • To ensure effective product visibility at dealer counters.
  • To update CRM with daily reports and track progress towards targets.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
