Job Description:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • business development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably for IT services or technology products targeting the US and EU markets.
  • Strong understanding of the US and EU business culture, time zones, and communication etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads and target accounts in the US market, focusing on SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise-level companies.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure continuous engagement with prospects.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos between prospective clients and the technical/pre-sales team.
  • Support the creation of sales proposals, presentations, and client-specific solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to IT services
