Job Description:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- business development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably for IT services or technology products targeting the US and EU markets.
- Strong understanding of the US and EU business culture, time zones, and communication etiquette.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads and target accounts in the US market, focusing on SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise-level companies.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure continuous engagement with prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos between prospective clients and the technical/pre-sales team.
- Support the creation of sales proposals, presentations, and client-specific solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to IT services
