**Job Title**: Business Development Executive - Institutional Sales (Educational Institutions)
**Location**: Tamil Nadu (Chennai preferred) | Hybrid / Travel
**Experience**: 2-5 years
**Compensation**: Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance

**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a **Business Development Executive - Institutional Sales** to lead partnerships with **Arts & Science colleges, women’s colleges, and universities** across Tamil Nadu. This role focuses on collaborating with institutions to build and support **Entrepreneurship Cells, Incubation Centres**, and conduct impactful student programs around innovation, leadership, and business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build strategic partnerships with **placement cells, E-Cells (Entrepreneurship Cells), and incubation centres**:
- Pitch and sign up colleges for:
- WEDO’s entrepreneurship development programs
- Faculty development and student leadership workshops
- E-Cell and Incubation Cell development with expert-led support
- Conduct meetings with principals, deans, and cell coordinators
- Represent WEDO in education expos, conclaves, and campus events
- Achieve monthly targets for institutional sign-ups and collaborations
- Prepare reports, follow up consistently, and maintain CRM updates
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- 2-5 years of experience in **institutional or academic sales**:
- Proven track record of working with **placement officers, E-Cells, or incubation centres**:
- Strong network in **colleges across Tamil Nadu**:
- Excellent communication in **English & Tamil**:
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and result-driven
- Willing to travel extensively within TN
**Bonus if you have**:
- EdTech, academic partnerships, or student program sales experience
- Background in training, innovation cells, or entrepreneurship summits
