JobTitle: BDE / Sr. Executive – Business Development (Account -Based Marketing) Experience: 3+ Years Industry Preference: BGV/ HR Placement / HRShared Services Companies Location: Chennai, India KeyResponsibilities:• NewBusiness Development: Drive new business through Account -Based Marketing (ABM) campaignsfocusing on the domestic market.• KeyAccount Management: Collaborate with the DesiredAccount Campaign Lead and act as a Key AccountManager (KAM) for the Customer Success (CS) team to identify cross -sell and up -sell opportunities.• LinkedIn& Social Media Engagement: Create engagingcontent, run targeted campaigns, and build connections to generate leads.• LeadGeneration & Conversion: Engage prospectsvia calls, social media, and demos to convert them into clients.• Networking& Events: Represent the company at HR/Tech forums, industry events, and clientmeetings to build relationships and expand business opportunities. RequirementsSkills& Qualifications: • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or ABM,preferably in HR Placement or Shared Services industry.• Expertise in LinkedIn outreach, social media marketing, and B2B lead generation.• Strong communication,presentation, and relationship -building skills.• Ability to work collaborativelywith marketing, sales, and CS teams.
