Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Executive Assistant cum HR & Admin who will act as the central support to senior leadership while managing key HR and administrative responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal ability, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of balancing executive support with HR & administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to MD.

Ensure follow-ups from sales department (SBS Herbal Ltd).

Draft emails, business correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for leadership.

Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Human Resources (HR)

Assist in recruitment process: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding.

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Support performance appraisal process and maintain confidentiality of employee data.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, POSH and HR best practices.

Handle employee engagement activities, attendance, and payroll coordination.

Monitor procurement of office supplies, equipment, and ensure cost efficiency.

Organize company events, training sessions, and meetings.

Support statutory compliance and company policies for admin/HR functions.

Act as liaison with external agencies, consultants, and service providers.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration / HR / Management.

3–6 years of experience as EA/HR/Admin (startup or retail/FMCG sector preferred).

Strong communication skills (written & verbal in English & Hindi).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR software.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
