Accountant cum HR Manager
Setting up and implementing a good accounting system according to best practices.
Budgeting on a monthly/yearly basis and expense management
Tracking of Project wise expenses and tracking employee performance against each project
Managing revenue accounting, payment follow-ups and records of contracts
and agreements.
Banking reconciliation and daily Tally updating and reconciliation
Ensure timely and correct taxation and other statutory compliances.
To maintain a record and ensure compliance of salaries, leaves and PF payments.
To implement a system of MIS for budgeting and forecasting. This role will increase
over time to include financial decision-making and advisory.
- To ensure completion of statutory audits for revenue and secretarial compliance and
ensure that consultants are performing their tasks satisfactorily.
- To act as a single point of contact for the entire financial, taxation and revenue
management in the company including but not limited to billing, payments, tax
calculations, deposits and filing of returns, keeping all compliances strictly up to date.
To help with closure of the defunct company and its necessary statutory obligations.
Understand and lead the implementation and monitoring/ reporting/ management of
the business resource IT/ Monitoring/ Reporting program.
- General management work including HR, administration, travel planning and work
planning monitoring to ensure business targets.
General HR activities and reporting.
Client interface and follow up for payments and billing cycles.
General procurement and vendor management, MIS and supervision of accounting
staff, including follow up and record keeping for accounting updates as well as
statutory compliance agency follow up, housekeeping activity, visitor protocol, travel
bookings and control and staff welfare activities
