Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Assistant (EA) Responsibilities
Manage and organize the Directors daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of management.
Prepare presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and business discussions.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and timely updates to management.
Assist in preparation of MIS reports, project updates, and performance summaries.
Handle external communication with clients, vendors, and partners as directed by management.
2. Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment – job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee database, attendance, and leave records.
Coordinate for monthly payroll inputs (attendance, deductions, overtime, etc.) with the Accounts team.
Prepare and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, relieving, etc.).
Support in employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR policy implementation.
Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Maintain all HR documentation
