Job Description: Accounts & HR Executive
Position: Accounts & HR Executive
Location: Janakpuri East, New Delhi
Experience: 1.5-3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an Ideal Candidate who is able to handle both Accounts & HR.
As this role involves 60% Accounts and 40% HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance:
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform data entry of all financial transactions in Tally/Zoho.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor invoices.
- Prepare employee and operational reimbursements.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of employee reimbursement claims.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor payment tracking.
- Coordination with CA for GST, TDS, salary, and financial compliance.
HR & Payroll:
- Assist in hiring coordination job posting, screening, interview scheduling.
- Manage employee onboarding documentation, welcome kits, orientation
- Maintain attendance, leave, and holiday records.
- Collect monthly payroll inputs and process employee salaries.
- Handle basic employee grievances regarding leaves, salary,and reimbursements.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and support employee engagement activities (festivals anniversaries, birthdays, etc.).
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
Skills & Requirements:
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA in HR or Finance.
- Experience: 1.5 3 years in a similar dual-role capacity.
- Tools: Basic Knowledge in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel.
- Good understanding of reimbursement workflows and accounting entries.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and payroll rules.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy.
