We are seeking a reliable and highly organized PA cum EA to provide comprehensive executive, administrative, and personal support to senior management. This role involves managing professional tasks along with personal and household responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of both office and residence. The ideal candidate should be efficient, discreet, and willing to travel as per business needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
- Manage the calendar, scheduling, and meetings for senior management.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Act as a liaison between management, employees, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Travel & Logistics
- Plan and manage travel itineraries, tickets, visas, accommodations, and transport.
- Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and travel documentation.
- Accompany on business or personal travel when required.
Household & Office Support
- Manage household requirements, grocery/household orders, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee home and office maintenance, repairs, and utility management.
- Handle staff coordination (drivers, housekeeping, support staff).
- Ensure smooth functioning of both residence and workplace needs.
Personal Assistance
- Assist senior management with personal tasks and errands.
- Provide end-to-end support in balancing personal and professional priorities.
- Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; additional secretarial/administrative training preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience as PA/EA/Secretary with exposure to household/office management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
- Willing to travel and manage extended/flexible hours.
- High level of reliability, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
