We are looking for a

to join our team as a
Front Office cum HR Executive
. The ideal candidate should be a
multi-tasker
with excellent communication skills, a logical mindset, and a positive attitude. This role involves managing front office responsibilities along with supporting HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors and handling calls
  • Maintain office environment and supplies
  • Schedule meetings and assist with documentation and internal coordination

HR Support

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and office events
  • Support attendance and leave tracking

Client & Vendor Coordination

  • Handle professional communication with clients and vendors
  • Create and manage invoices and follow up for payments or documentation
  • Ensure timely coordination for office and project-related requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
  • Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English
  • Other Qualities:
