Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic marketing professional who can take ownership of branding, content creation, SEO optimization, and go-to-market strategy for Ecoreco's subsidiary. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment where they can create impact across multiple dimensions of growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.


• Oversee SEO strategy to improve visibility and organic reach.


• Create and manage content pipelines (blogs, social media, pitch decks, marketing collaterals).


• Work with external partners (designers, developers, agencies) to ensure consistent branding.


• Drive early-stage go-to-market campaigns for customer acquisition and brand awareness.


• Track metrics and optimize strategy based on performance insights.


• Collaborate with leadership to shape long-term growth roadmap.

Eligibility Criteria


• 2–5 years' experience in digital marketing, branding, or growth strategy.


• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital campaigns.


• Ability to translate startup vision into marketing narratives that convert.


• Hands-on with tools like Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO tools.


• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.


• Prior startup experience is a plus.
