Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven
Growth Marketing Strategist
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead high-impact marketing initiatives, collaborate directly with leadership, and shape the brand's growth across India and global markets. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience (especially in SaaS, IoT, or tech startups), who are skilled in digital campaigns, SEO, content, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign success.
  • Support sales enablement with brochures, pitch decks, and videos.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage content calendars across LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Grow audience engagement via targeted campaigns.
  • Run and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns.

Email Marketing & Newsletters

  • Design segmented, A/B tested campaigns.
  • Track and optimize for open rates and conversions.

Events, Exhibitions & Webinars

  • Plan and market webinars, expos, and roundtables.
  • Create event collaterals and drive qualified lead generation.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Conduct competitive research and define ICPs.
  • Refine product messaging and brand positioning.

Website & SEO

  • Improve website performance and conversion funnels.
  • Implement SEO best practices (on-page/off-page).
  • Use Google Search Console, SEMrush for audits and insights.

Public Relations & Employer Branding

  • Contribute to PR placements (LinkedIn Pulse, YourStory, Medium).
  • Help build an authentic employer brand voice.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Present performance reports and strategic insights.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Engineering.
  • 3–6 years in growth marketing, communications, or similar fields.

Skills & Tools

  • Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, CRM tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, GA4, and marketing automation.
  • Graphic and video editing (Canva, Premiere Pro, or Filmora).
