This is a remote opportunity. But the base location of the role holder has to be Mumbai.
Role in a NutshellAs a Growth Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy to increase Marketing Pipe and align with business objectives. You will mentor a team of content strategists and technical marketers, leveraging your expertise in Problem Solving, Communication, and Leadership to drive business metrics.
Desired Experience- 9-12 years of experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Prior experience in management consulting, growth strategy, or product strategy is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing long-term business plans and driving measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring teams.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for performance tracking.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with business goals to drive marketing pipe.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage strategic initiatives to enhance product revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and business priorities.
- Manage and mentor a team of content strategists and technical marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set direction and establish clear goals for the Digital Marketing Team.
- Analyze and track marketing performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine strategies.
- Leverage insights to inform long-term content plans and improve content ROI.
- Lead key projects or workstreams related to the company's growth and product strategy.
- Take ownership of strategic initiatives, driving them from conceptualization to execution and outcome assessment.
