Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive our company's growth and customer acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify events within India and Internationally and help with attending and executing events end to end.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Help Prepare marketing and Sales collateral
  • TAL research and enrichment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on growth marketing
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus
