Are you a results-driven marketer who loves blending strategy, creativity, and AI to drive business growth?

We're looking for a Growth Manager – B2B to scale marketing performance for two of India's most forward-thinking Interior design-build brands — SprintCo (Interior Design) and FlatpackCo (Modular Build).

At SprintCo, we reimagine how restaurants and F&B brands expand through intelligent design.

At FlatpackCo, we revolutionize how they're built — through modular, time-efficient, plug-and-play systems.

Now, we're ready to amplify our impact with data-driven, AI-powered growth strategies that connect creativity with measurable business results.


What You'll Do:


• Own the Growth Strategy: Plan and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies focused on lead generation, demand creation, and brand visibility.


• Run High-Performance Campaigns: Build and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, using data and automation to maximize ROI.


• Adopt an AI-First Mindset: Learn and Use tools similar to ClaudeChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, Midjourney, n8n, and more to streamline workflows, content creation, and lead qualification.


• Leverage Data & Insights: Analyze performance metrics and CRM data to refine strategies and optimize conversion funnels.


• Align with Sales: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure strong lead handoff, pipeline growth, and client acquisition.


• Build a Strong Brand Presence: Craft compelling narratives and thought-leadership content that positions SprintCo and FlatpackCo as category leaders.


• Manage Budgets Efficiently: Allocate and optimize spends to achieve measurable growth outcomes.


What We're Looking For:


• 4–6 years of B2B marketing or growth experience, preferably in design, tech, or service industries.


• Proven success in lead generation through LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, automation, and CRM systems.


• Hands-on experience or strong curiosity for AI-driven marketing tools and automation.


• Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.


• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.


• A growth mindset — agile, experimental, and constantly learning.


• SEO and content marketing knowledge is a plus.
