Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing professional located in Mumbai. The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention. The Growth Marketing professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing growth strategies, and identifying market opportunities
  • Skills in customer acquisition, retention, and performance metrics analysis
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
