Role Overview

We seek a Marketing and Growth Intern who is detail-driven, curious, and skilled at turning insights into action. You will lead high-quality WhatsApp campaigns, translating data into impactful decisions and collaborating with design and product teams to deliver effective creatives and copies across multiple categories. The role also involves leveraging AI and internal automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency, streamline creative workflows, and drive measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor WhatsApp marketing campaigns across marketing, utility and service categories.
  • Create and iterate on campaign templates using internal tools and automation systems for bulk generation and testing.
  • Collaborate with the graphics, design, video, and product teams to generate creative briefs, ensure quick turnaround, and close feedback loops efficiently.
  • Support ad creative and copy development for multiple client categories across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on messaging, positioning, and performance.
  • Explore and deploy AI and automation tools to streamline marketing workflows, reporting, and content generation.
  • Analyze campaign results and share actionable insights with growth and product leads to optimize performance.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret data and convert it into campaign insights.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing, including how Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid channels operate.
  • Hands-on experience or willingness to learn tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business API/CRM tools, Canva, Photoshop, or AI-powered creative tools.
  • Familiarity with AI automation platforms such as Zapier, ChatGPT, n8n and Notion AI.
  • Creative mindset and problem-solving ability with a strong visual and conceptual approach to campaigns.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in marketing automation, data analysis, or creative optimization.
  • Comfort with video editing or carousel generation (via AI tools or traditional tools).
  • Exposure to startups or high-growth environments.

Learning & Exposure

  • Build and scale marketing automation systems from scratch.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to AI-led campaign management, creative workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work directly with the Growth Lead and product teams, owning campaigns end-to-end.
  • Learn how to use data, design, and automation to drive measurable growth.
