Role Overview:

We're actively seeking a
Senior Strategist

of
5-6 years of experience

in strategy/creative planning in media, advertising, or digital-first environments, with strong storytelling, research, and presentation skills, ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail, proficient in creating decks, research summaries, and campaign frameworks, and has passion for culture, creativity, and brand-building.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive both brand growth and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, account management, design, and content teams to translate brand and commercial goals into powerful, insight-led campaigns.
  • Manage goal setting, planning, spend allocation, and team priorities in India, working alongside the APAC marketing lead and local leadership.
  • Position the brand across diverse industries, focusing on new customer acquisition while deepening engagement with existing accounts.
  • Research cultural trends, consumer behavior, and industry insights to shape creative strategy and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Plan, set up, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels—including media buying, email, SEO, and digital performance.
  • Develop clear, compelling narratives and campaign concepts that resonate with target audiences and maintain brand consistency across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with regional APAC Marketing & PR teams to surface local insights, customer success stories, and ensure alignment with global brand identity.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to present strategies, creative directions, and results with confidence and clarity.
  • Leverage analytics tools to evaluate performance across channels, driving continuous optimization and ROI improvement.
  • Prepare and manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets while ensuring efficient spend utilization.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and experimentation—encouraging bold ideas backed by strong strategic thinking.
