KORA is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Social Media Strategist
to lead our digital presence and elevate our brand storytelling. This role requires a creative visionary with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of fashion, trends, and audience behavior. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing KORA's social media strategy across all platforms, driving engagement, and leading innovative campaigns that reflect our brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and execute monthly content
     that reflect brand priorities, seasonal moments, and campaign launches.
  • Oversee planning, creation, and execution of high-impact social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead a small team of content creators, social media executives, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies for NSOs (New Store Openings)
    — including pre-launch buzz, influencer engagement, launch coverage, and post-opening visibility.
  • Conceptualize and drive influencer and celebrity collaborations, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for growth and optimization.
  • Stay ahead of social and fashion trends, exploring innovative formats like reels, collaborations, and interactive content.
  • Partner with the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure an integrated brand approach across digital touchpoints.
  • Manage social media budgets, paid promotions, and ensure strong ROI on digital spend.
  • Represent KORA's brand voice consistently across all communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or strategy, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven experience managing fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brand pages.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong creative sense with an understanding of premium aesthetics, tone, and brand storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
