ll do:

This is

a

full-time role for a Social Media Strategist and Manager. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns, managing social media channels, developing content strategies, and optimizing social media performance. The role involves coordinating with different teams, analyzing campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed to meet business goals.

**Build a 3-

  • 4 month IG strategy with content pillars, series, and key moments (retail launches, trends, seasonal vids, memes, recipes, collabs, founder stories)*- Experience with UGC content as well as performance marketing*- Create monthly content calendars with briefs, shot lists, and captions/hooks.

  • Direct creative across Reels, carousels, stories concepts; maintain brand voice****- Plan/oversee light shoots in Mumbai (locations, props, talent, timelines).
  • Manage creators and collabs; share video ideas and shot lists****- Keep an organized asset library (filenames, usage rights, versions).

  • Hand off final assets + copy to our team for scheduling/posting*- Review performance (watch time, saves, shares) and adjust plans*Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)****- Experience in Performance Marketing and Meta Ads.

  • Proficiency in Content Strategy and developing effective content*- Excellent Communication skills and Public Relations expertise- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities*- Experience in health or wellness industry is a plus
