We're looking for a
Social Media Strategist
who can think beyond posts — someone who understands culture, crafts scroll-stopping content plans, and brings brand stories to life across every platform.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Strategist, you'll lead the digital presence of multiple brands — from ideating campaign strategies and content calendars to managing performance and growth. You'll collaborate closely with our creative, content, and media teams to ensure every brand stands out and stays relevant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies for multiple brands.
  • Build monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing creative output.
  • Track analytics, derive insights, and optimize strategies based on performance.
  • Work closely with Paid Media and Brand Strategy teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithms, and emerging digital formats.
  • Manage client communications, feedback loops, and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Strong grasp of digital trends, social media analytics, and brand storytelling.
  • Strategic thinker with creative instincts and data-backed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Notion, or Buffer.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with paid media strategy or influencer marketing.
  • Experience in trend spotting and campaign concept creation.
  • Ability to lead brainstorming and client strategy sessions.
