Digitactix is on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Strategist & Account Lead to steer brands with strategy, creativity, and impact

Responsibilities:

  • Be the creative-first lead that ideate powerful campaign concepts, stories, ad films, and content ideas that drive conversations and brand love

  • Create pitches and presentations from strategy decks to campaign concepts, ensuring each idea reflects our creative edge and client goals

  • Develop and implement effective, insight-driven social media strategies across multiple platforms

  • Guide, manage, and mentor a team of social media executives, content creators, designers, and media planners

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, performance, and retention

  • Be proactive with brand thinking — constantly identifying opportunities for growth, trend adoption, and creative experimentation

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive seamless execution across all deliverables & campaigns

  • Analyze performance metrics and translate data into meaningful insights and actionable improvements

  • Oversee ORM (Online Reputation Management) — handle brand queries, drive engagement, and maintain brand tonality

  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of all content, reports, and campaigns with creative excellence

  • Stay ahead of social, digital, and AI trends to keep the agency's work innovative and future-ready

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in social media marketing, with strong expertise in account management and creative leadership

  • Proven experience in ideating and executing creative campaigns across platforms

  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and pitch-building skills

  • Thorough knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Google & AI-based tools

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and analytics platforms

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

  • A proactive mindset with strategic and creative thinking

  • Ability to manage multiple brands and teams with ownership and drive

  • Personal laptop required
