The Role

We're looking for a
Creative Strategist

with a sharp mind and a strong aesthetic sense to help us shape how Life & Jam shows up across every touchpoint from ads to emails to social. This is a senior in-person role for someone who lives and breathes branding and wants to own the creative direction of a fast-growing D2C brand.

You'll lead our creative team and work closely with the founders to define how we position our brand, build campaigns that connect deeply with our audience, and maintain a consistent tone and aesthetic across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Positioning & Strategy:

  • Refine how Life & Jam is perceived. Build creative frameworks and storytelling directions that strengthen our identity and appeal to our audience.

  • Campaign Development:

  • Conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns for new collections, seasonal drops, and brand moments across performance and organic channels.

  • Creative Direction:

  • Supervise the content team — including designers, writers, and videographers — to ensure all creative output aligns with the brand tone and quality standards.

  • Content Oversight:

  • Manage all brand communications across social media, ads, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring cohesion in voice and visuals.

  • Performance Insight:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign results and use insights to optimize creative strategy.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and inspire a small but talented creative team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and growth.

Who You Are

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience

in creative strategy, branding, or marketing (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands).
- A deep understanding of digital-first storytelling, trends, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong leadership skills — able to manage a team and multiple projects with ease.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities and is not afraid to get their hands dirty and execute campaigns themselves when needed.
- A mix of analytical and creative thinking — you understand both

to make it beautiful.
- Passionate about building brands with personality and edge.
