Brand Strategist
who can turn insights into impact, and ideas into measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Craft brand positioning, GTM strategies, and communication frameworks that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct market research, audience profiling, and competitor mapping to build powerful brand narratives.
  • Develop and execute content calendars aligned with the brand's voice and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and motion teams to translate strategy into compelling creative communication.
  • Track brand health metrics, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams — ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment on goals.
  • Present strategies and creative ideas to clients with confidence and insight.
  • Partner with leadership to co-create campaign plans, pitches, and long-term brand roadmaps.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of agency experience in brand strategy, planning, or client servicing. (MBA Freshers with internships or jobs with similar KRAs also welcomed)
  • Proven experience in crafting GTM plans, communication strategies, and brand identity systems.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer psychology, brand perception, and storytelling.
  • Strong writing skills — from positioning statements to campaign copy and brand tone.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, trends, and brand health metrics.
  • Proactive, structured, and client-focused with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Real Estate, BFSI, or E-Commerce will be an advantage.
