Job Description:
We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with strong experience in content writing, campaign ideation, and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate will have worked closely with design, video, and media teams to shape brand narratives across platforms. A background in scriptwriting, involvement in video shoots, and leading a creative team is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop content strategies and creative concepts for digital campaigns
Write high-quality content and scripts for videos, ads, and branded content
Collaborate with design, copy, and performance teams for integrated campaign execution
Participate in pre-production, script narration, and on-ground shoot coordination
Present ideas to clients and work with servicing teams to refine briefs
Lead and mentor junior creatives; ensure high creative standards across the team
Stay updated on platform trends and audience behaviors
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
Strong command over content writing and storytelling for digital formats
Hands-on experience with video scripting and involvement in shoots
Proven ability to lead creative brainstorming and manage a small team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working on performance-driven campaigns with creative depth
